We are not aligned to any bank or financial institution. We follow a process of understanding your requirements through the initial discovery meeting. Once we have a better understanding of your requirements, we develop a quote based on the Scope of Advice Agreement, which will outline the areas of advice, the complexity and the cost of advice. No work is started before we agree that we have scoped the worked correctly and there is no cost or obligation in having an initial discovery meeting. If your requirements are outside the scope of services authorised by our license, we will advise you upfront and will not proceed.

There is no obligation to implement any or all of the advice you receive from Simple Answers.
